Meet the guest writer: Realityvoid!

Hey everyone!

Realityvoid (aka Magasuperstick) is a fellow gamer I have known since 2013, who has kindly offered to be a guest writer here on Game and Mod Reviews. He owns his own site but he predominantly streams games such as CS:GO matches over on Twitch.tv. Once in a blue moon, he will upload videos over on his YouTube channel as well.

While here on Game and Mod Reviews, he will be focusing on covering E-Sport news and indie games. He will be posting on Fridays as well, on the alternative weeks where I do not upload anything. This way the blog will have daily Friday uploads, in theory anyway.

If all goes well, he may go from being a guest writer to full fledged writer for Game and Mod Reviews! With that said it is now time to wrap up this up, so keep an eye out for future posts from Realityvoid!

“Hi my name is Maga and I’m here to say, I really like cs in a major way.” – realityvoid, 2017

Uhh, Thanks Mac for putting me on the spot! Other than what MacLeodn said, my favorite colours are blue and magenta. I love story driven games, when you can get engrossed in the tale that’s unfolding and you are driven to play in order to progress and learn what happens. My interests include Maths, Physics and Philosophy. The sports I indulge in are Long-boarding, Football and table-tennis.

As someone who’s deep in the eSports scene, mainly cs:go, I will attempt to fortnightly round up any main events in the cs community, and create a platform and open panel for discussion on the scene and it’s development!

Also if you’d prefer you can call me Des 🙂

Have a good day!

Importing Blues

So today I noticed something odd when I looked over at the today’s top 3 posts. One of the posts had a broken image link, whereupon investigating the post revealed it had more than one broken image link.

After fixing it, I decided to check to ensure none of the other posts had the same issue…but to my dismay, they did. All 24 pages worth of posts, at least over half of them had missing images. Thankfully most were salvageable by simply replacing the images from the media library. Sadly for some, the images did not get imported from the export I did of my old blog for whatever reason, and I do not have a backup of the images either. I spent the last several hours going through each post and fixing them so right now it is 1:44am on Wednesday and I started this at about…7.30pm Tuesday evening.

With this task finished, I am now going to bed. I am probably going to spend the rest of tomorrow fixing my Google+ page which I have for the blog. Once I fix that, I’ll put the link leading to the page back up.

G’nite!
